Dee Lincoln’s life story is often described as epitomizing the American Dream.
Co-founder of nationally acclaimed, Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steak House, Lincoln resigned in 2010 after an extremely successful era and the sale of the iconic brand. Lincoln then embarked on a new journey to build her own brand by opening Dee Lincoln’s Tasting Room & Bubble Bar in the new Cowboys Stadium in June 2009. The popular wine and champagne bar continues to operate in the now AT&T Stadium on the Silver Suite Level.
Lincoln also owns and operates Dee Lincoln Bubble Bar Events, which is a unique private party venue in Uptown Dallas that accommodates up to 200 guests. Off site catering has become an additional offering from Dee Lincoln Concepts. In April of 2014, Lincoln opened Dee Lincoln Steak Bar in Plano, which has become a popular neighborhood spot. Lincoln is returning to her roots, with a fall 2015 opening of an upscale prime steakhouse in Fort Worth, Texas.
Lincoln is a longtime restaurateur who has proven success with evolving to meet the trends of today’s dining culture. She appreciates the importance of keeping her fans happy through multiple decades, while at the same time appealing to a younger generation of diners.
